before you jump in.
Does my child need to know how to code?
Not at all. Little Island starts with a single arrow and one simple idea: tell your explorer where to go. Each chapter introduces a little more, with guided practice, spoken instructions, hints, and examples along the way.
What age is Little Island made for?
Little Island is designed for ages 5–8 and up. Younger children can explore the first puzzles with a grown-up, while confident explorers can work through later chapters with sequences, debugging, conditions, and loops. Every level is open from the start, so you can find the right place together.
Can we play without an internet connection?
Yes. The complete offline Android edition includes all 160 lessons, artwork, spoken instructions, and sounds. Download it once, and the adventure can go wherever you do. The website’s little browser puzzle is a separate sample of the experience.
Is the game available in Khmer and English?
Yes. Menus, all 160 lesson titles, learning cards, and hints are available in Khmer and English. The game starts in Khmer, and you can switch in Settings. Lessons 1–120 follow your selected voice language; the advanced logic lessons, 121–160, have English narration with text in either language.
Are there ads, accounts, or timers?
The game has no advertising or account sign-up. Children can plan, try again, and replay a puzzle at their own pace. Progress stays on the device. Sound and gentle motion settings let you make the experience more comfortable for your child.
